* Transport Canada ATPL -- or -- CPL + IATRA
* Current Group 1 Multi-Engine Instrument Rating
* Valid passport with no US Travel Restrictions
* Canadian Citizen or Current Permanent Resident
* No Criminal Record
* Must reside full time in the Lower Mainland (90 min from YVR by car)
* Familiar with and able to locate CARS references
