Qualifications:
To be considered for the First Officer position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Valid and Current Transport Canada Group 1 Instrument Rating, meeting current instrument recency requirements.
- Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License.
- Valid Transport Canada Multi-Engine rating.
- Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Must have completed the IATRA written exam within the past two years or possess valid ATPL exams written.
- Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
- Must hold a current passport at the time of hire.
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident without restrictions.
- Permanent Residents must be eligible to obtain and maintain required crew visa documentation for operating aircraft within the USA.
- Completion of a High School diploma is required.
- Candidates must meet the Transport Canada English proficiency standard.
- Minimum of 500 hours of total flying time.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates possessing qualifications exceeding the basic requirements, including:
- Holders of a Canadian ATPL.
- Applicants with two-crew multi-engine turbine experience.
- Candidates with total flying time above the minimum requirement.
- Graduates from an Aviation College degree or diploma program.
- Applicants with commercial or military flight experience.
- Applicants with Flight Management System (FMS) and/or glass cockpit experience.
- Internal Jazz referral.
