Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

The First Officer position is integral to maintaining Air Partners Corp.'s esteemed standards of safety and client service. This dynamic role involves a comprehensive set of responsibilities:

Operational Safety Assurance: Ensuring all aircraft operations strictly adhere to Transport Canada regulations and established company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), thereby upholding the highest safety standards for every flight.
Exceptional Customer Service Delivery: Providing unique and tailored flying experiences through the application of deep aviation expertise and a dedicated approach to client satisfaction.
Promoting Team Collaboration: Actively engaging in Crew Resource Management (CRM) with fellow crew members and various operational departments, fostering an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making to optimize flight outcomes.
Navigating Diverse Flight Paths: Operating flights across a broad geographical spectrum, including destinations within Canada, the United States, Mexico, and occasionally Europe, offering a varied and stimulating work environment.
Commitment to Professional Growth: Participating in mandatory annual training programs to remain current with the latest aviation best practices, regulatory updates, and specific aircraft knowledge.

Required Qualifications

Prospective candidates for the Citation X First Officer position must meet the following essential criteria:

A minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
A minimum of 500 hours Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
Possession of a valid Commercial Pilot License with either the IATRA or ATPL written examinations successfully completed.
Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork abilities.
An unwavering commitment to safety and the provision of exceptional service standards.
A valid Canadian Passport with no international travel restrictions.
The proven ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous time on type (Citation X) or other relevant jet aircraft experience is considered advantageous.
Prior corporate flying experience is highly regarded, though not an absolute requirement.
