- Ensuring aircraft operations rigorously adhere to all Transport Canada regulations and safety protocols.

- Actively participating in Crew Resource Management (CRM) with fellow crew members and supporting departments, emphasizing open communication, mutual respect, and collaborative decision-making.

- Committing to continuous professional growth by completing annual training to remain current with aviation best practices.

Qualifications:
Prospective candidates for the Citation X First Officer position should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2000 hours total flight time.
- At least 500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- A valid Commercial Pilot License with IATRA or ATPL exams successfully completed.
- Demonstrated strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A deep commitment to safety and providing exceptional service.
- A valid Canadian Passport without travel restrictions.
- The ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
- Time on type or previous jet experience is considered beneficial.
- Prior corporate flying experience is preferred but not mandatory.
