The Second-in-Command (SIC) will actively support the Pilot-in-Command in flight planning and aircraft preparation, as directed, and is accountable to the Pilot-in-Command for all assigned duties.
Note: Candidates lacking a Group 4 Instrument Rating and/or Night Rating may receive a conditional offer of employment, contingent upon successful completion of all requirements for obtaining these ratings, as outlined in Commercial Air Service Standard (CASS) 421.42 (2) and 421.46 (2) (a) (b). Upon successful completion of company training and one year of employment, reimbursement of up to $15,000 CAD will be provided. An additional $15,000 CAD will be reimbursed upon successful completion of two years of service, for a total maximum reimbursement of $30,000 CAD.
