Salary Range: $53,125.00 - $90,625.00 (Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, education, skills, experience, and market demands.)

The Simulator Second in Command (SIC) is responsible for maintaining currency in assigned training programs to act as the SIC for internal and external customers during Initial, Recurrent, or generic training courses.
High school diploma or G.E.D. with two to three years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Applicants must possess a Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category, class, and instrument ratings, with a minimum of 450 flight hours prior to the start of the assignment.
The role requires the ability to reach, handle, feel, and manipulate simulator controls and rudder systems. Employees must be able to enter/exit simulator devices, including during emergency or severely pitched conditions. Specific vision requirements include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception. The position requires frequent lifting or moving of up to 25 pounds. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme temperatures, vibration, and noise.
