Position Summary

The Citation XL First Officer will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and professional service. The successful candidate will contribute to a culture of collaboration and operational excellence while flying across Canada, the US, and Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all aircraft operations strictly align with Transport Canada regulations.
  • Provide tailored, exceptional flying experiences through aviation expertise and dedicated customer service.
  • Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles to foster open communication, respect, and shared decision-making within the flight crew and across departments.
  • Participate in annual training to maintain alignment with current aviation best practices.

Qualifications

  • Total Flight Time: 2000 hours.
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours.
  • Valid Commercial Pilot License with IATRA or ATPL exams completed.
  • Possession of a Canadian Passport with no travel restrictions.
  • Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to safety and service excellence.
  • Experience on type or previous corporate flying experience is considered an asset.
