Position Summary
The Citation XL First Officer will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and professional service. The successful candidate will contribute to a culture of collaboration and operational excellence while flying across Canada, the US, and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all aircraft operations strictly align with Transport Canada regulations.

Provide tailored, exceptional flying experiences through aviation expertise and dedicated customer service.

Utilize Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles to foster open communication, respect, and shared decision-making within the flight crew and across departments.

Participate in annual training to maintain alignment with current aviation best practices.
Qualifications

Total Flight Time: 2000 hours.

Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours.

Valid Commercial Pilot License with IATRA or ATPL exams completed.

Possession of a Canadian Passport with no travel restrictions.

Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safety and service excellence.

Experience on type or previous corporate flying experience is considered an asset.
