Airline Pilot Opportunity
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Certifications and Licenses
Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or a Restricted Airline Transport Pilot (R-ATP) certificate.
A current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate is mandatory.
An FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit is also required.
Flight Experience and Eligibility (IAW 14 CFR Part 61.160)
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
Demonstrated total flight time experience:
1,500 hours; OR
1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate; OR
1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; OR
1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
A minimum of 200 hours of cross-country flight time (greater than 50 nautical miles).
At least 250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
A minimum of 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings.
At least 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight, excluding simulator time).
50 hours of fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
Successful completion of the ATP written examination is required prior to the commencement of Indoctrination Training.
General Requirements
Possession of a valid passport, enabling international travel without restrictions.
Authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally without restriction are essential.
