Marvin is seeking a qualified and experienced aviation professional to join its corporate flight department as a Captain/First Officer. This individual will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Beech 1900D aircraft. This position requires residency in Warroad, MN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preflight and post-flight inspections, file and review flight plans, and evaluate weather conditions.
  • Supervise aircraft servicing procedures.
  • Perform flight duties as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) as assigned.
  • Actively participate in the department's Safety Management System.
  • Report any maintenance discrepancies promptly.
  • Adhere to all company and manufacturer's Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Report directly to the Chief Pilot.

Compensation:

$118,000 - $158,000 annually

Required Qualifications:

  • Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine-Land rating.
  • FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain PIC/SIC type rating in company aircraft (BE-1900D).
  • Adaptability to a flexible work schedule, including occasional weekends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Valid Passport without travel restrictions and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Clean accident and violation record.

Experience:

Captain:

  • 3000 hours total flight time.
  • 500 hours turbine flight time.

First Officer:

  • 1500 total flight hours.
  • 350 hours multi-engine flight time.
  • 100 hours instrument flight time.
