Position Overview
Ameriflight is seeking experienced aviation professionals to serve as Captains operating the EMB-120 Brasilia aircraft. This position involves typical flight schedules operating 5-days per week, with departures in the morning and returns in the evening. Lodging is provided at the outstation during layovers. Schedules may vary depending on the assigned base and specific flight requirements. Occasional Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments may be required.
The base annual salary for this Captain position is $97,091.

Requirements
- Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for Pilot-in-Command in IFR conditions.
- Minimum Flight Hour Requirements:
- 3,000 Total Time (TT)
- 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC)
- 500 hours Cross-Country (XC), defined as point-to-point
- 500 hours Multi-Engine
- 500 hours Turbine
- 200 hours Instrument (at least 50 must be in an aircraft)
- 100 hours Night
- Previous FAR 121 or 135 experience is required.
- Must have completed an Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent training within the past 6 months.
- Holds a Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, including high performance and complex endorsements.
- Possesses a First Class Medical Certificate valid for international operations.
- Holds an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Possesses a current Passport.
- Must be English Proficient.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and capable of traveling unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Ability to meet airport badging requirements, including successful completion of a TSA Security background check.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.
