Aircraft Captain - Beechcraft 1900

Alpine Air is seeking an experienced, full-time Aircraft Captain to operate Beechcraft 1900 aircraft. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, exemplary piloting skills, effective crew resource management, and professional customer relations.
Duties and Responsibilities

Operate aircraft in strict accordance with all applicable regulations, corporate policies, and procedures.

Maintain high standards for safety and customer service during all flight operations.

Utilize professional communication skills for complex internal and external aircraft coordination.

Perform flight operations during day, night, and all weather conditions.
Qualifications
General Requirements
-
Must possess a valid FAA Class II Medical Certificate.

Must meet 135 pilot requirements.

Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Must be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and have resided in the U.S. for 4.5 of the past 5 years.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and receive U.S. Postal clearance.

High school diploma is required; a BS/BA degree is preferred.

Ability to complete the company training program and demonstrate proficiency in all job requirements.
Technical Preferences
-
Flight experience with the BE1900 aircraft.

1,200 hours of total flight time.

Current Multi-Engine (ME), Instrument, and Commercial ratings.
Physical Requirements

Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs of cargo to shoulder height.

Ability to bend, squat, and twist repeatedly while practicing safe lifting methods.

Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
This position requires work to be performed outdoors in varied weather conditions. Employees are frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time position. First-year pilots can expect an annual compensation of approximately $90,000, determined through rate-per-route and per-diem programs, with potential for higher earnings. Comprehensive benefits are available immediately upon employment, including:
