Position Overview
Ameriflight is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join their team as an EMB-120 Brasilia Captain. This position is based with flights operating out of GEG (Spokane, WA). The typical schedule involves flights repositioning to outstations on Monday afternoons, followed by operations from GEG Tuesday through Friday mornings, returning to base in the evening. One flight sequence concludes on Friday evening, while the other includes an overnight layover in Seattle on Friday night, returning to GEG on Saturday morning.

Requirements
- Candidates must satisfy the requirements of FAR 135.243(c) for Pilot in Command operating in IFR conditions.
- Minimum flight experience includes: 3,000 hours Total Time (TT), 1,000 hours Pilot in Command (PIC), 500 hours Cross-Country (XC - defined as point to point), 500 hours Multi-Engine, 500 hours Turbine, 200 hours Instrument (with at least 50 hours in an aircraft), and 100 hours Night flight.
- Previous experience operating under FAR Part 121 or Part 135 is required.
- Possession of an Instrument Proficiency Check or 121/135 recurrent training completed within the last 6 months.
- A valid Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument ratings, including high performance and complex endorsements.
- A current First Class Medical Certificate is required for international operations.
- Possession of an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- A valid Passport.
- Proficiency in English.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Ability to meet airport badging requirements, including successful completion of a TSA Security background check.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance eligibility criteria.
Salary
$97,091 annually
