Position Overview
Ameriflight is seeking a Captain for the Beechcraft BE1900, domiciled in Bellingham, WA (BLI). This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, departing Bellingham in the evening, laying over in Seattle (BFI), and returning the following morning.
Compensation and Domicile Details

Base Salary:
$87,006 annually.

Lodging:
A hotel is provided during layovers in Seattle (BFI).

Commuting Options:
For pilots preferring to reside in Seattle, Ameriflight will provide hotel accommodations in Bellingham (BLI) from Monday through Friday, along with a company vehicle for commuting between BLI and BFI on weekends. Residents of Seattle remain responsible for their own housing and transportation within that city.

Requirements

Must meet FAR 135.243(c) requirements for PIC in IFR conditions

Flight Time Minimums: 1,800 Total Time; 1,000 PIC; 500 Cross Country (point-to-point); 250 Multi-engine; 100 Turbine; 100 Instrument (minimum 50 in aircraft); 100 Night

Previous FAR 121 or FAR 135 experience

Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) or 121/135 recurrent training within the past 6 months

Commercial Pilot License: Multi-engine land with Instrument rating, High Performance, and Complex endorsements

Medical Certificate: First Class or Second Class (First Class required for international operations)

FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit

Current Passport and English proficiency

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and travel unrestricted internationally

Ability to meet airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check

Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet all company insurance criteria
