Alpine Air is actively seeking an experienced, full-time Captain to join its flight operations as a Floater Pilot, primarily operating Beechcraft 99 and 1900 series aircraft. The ideal candidate will uphold Alpine Air's rigorous standards of excellence in safety, piloting proficiency, crew resource management, and customer relations. This role requires strong professional interpersonal skills and a dedicated team-player attitude, contributing to a high-performing aviation environment.
The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following core duties:
While performing the duties of this position, the pilot will frequently be exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic chemicals, and heat. Work for this position is primarily performed outdoors, irrespective of prevailing weather conditions. The typical noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. First-year pilots can typically anticipate earning approximately $90,000 per year, utilizing compensation programs such as rate per route and per diem. Some Alpine Air pilots earn substantially more than this figure. Compensation includes a competitive benefits package and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), eight (8) paid holidays per year, Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are available immediately upon employment.
