Captain - Beechcraft Be99 - Seattle (BFI)
Ameriflight, LLC, the nation's largest Part 135 Cargo airline and a leader in outsourced aviation services for the regional express airfreight market, is seeking a qualified Captain to join its esteemed flight operations team.
The company operates a diverse fleet of over 150 dedicated cargo aircraft, including the Beechcraft Be99, from strategic bases across the United States. Ameriflight provides scalable solutions for major cargo integrators, manufacturers, aircraft operators, and freight forwarders, adapting to the dynamic demands of the modern air cargo supply chain.
About the Position
This role involves serving as a Captain in a Beechcraft Be99 aircraft, domiciled in Seattle, operating out of Boeing Field (BFI).
Flight Schedule Details:
- Operations are conducted 6 days per week.
- Monday: Afternoon reposition (15:00) to collect inbound cargo.
- Tuesday - Friday: Early morning departure (06:40), with an overnight layover at an outstation, returning in the evening (18:35).
- Saturday: Morning departure (07:00), with an overnight layover at an outstation, returning in the evening (17:55).
Compensation:
- Base salary: $76,503 annually, based on 40 flight units per week.
- Additional flight line pay: 8 flight units per week at $36.68 per unit.

Requirements
- Must meet Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) 135.243(c) requirements for a Pilot in Command (PIC) in Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) conditions.
- Minimum flight experience: 1,200 hours Total Time (TT), 500 hours PIC, 500 hours Cross Country (XC - defined as point-to-point), 50 hours Multi-engine, 75 hours Instrument time (with at least 50 hours in actual aircraft), and 100 hours Night.
- Instrument Proficiency Check (IPC) or 121/135 recurrent training completed within the past 6 months.
- Possess a Commercial Pilot License with a multi-engine land rating, including High Performance and Complex endorsements.
- Hold a First Class or Second Class Medical Certificate (First Class required for international operations).
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
- Valid Current Passport.
- English Proficient.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess unrestricted ability to travel into and out of the U.S.
- Must meet all airport badging requirements, including a TSA Security background check.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.
