Captain, Beechcraft 1900D (BE-1900) - Part 135 Cargo Operations
A reputable Part 135 cargo airline is actively seeking highly qualified and experienced Captains for their Beechcraft 1900D (BE-1900) operations. This demanding yet rewarding position involves critical Part 135 cargo operations, based as an outstation domicile in Midland, TX (MAF). The Captain will be responsible for executing scheduled flights to Lubbock, TX (LBB) during evening hours from Monday to Friday, returning the following morning. The role demands exceptional airmanship, unwavering adherence to all safety protocols, and efficient management of flight operations.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates must fully satisfy all FAR 135.243(c) requirements for Pilot in Command (PIC) operations in Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) conditions.
- A minimum total flight time of 1,800 hours.
- At least 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- A minimum of 500 hours cross-country flight time (defined as point-to-point).
- A minimum of 250 hours multi-engine land flight time.
- A minimum of 100 hours turbine aircraft flight time.
- At least 100 hours of instrument flight time, with a minimum of 50 hours acquired in an aircraft.
- A minimum of 100 hours of night flight time.
- Prior experience operating under FAR Part 121 or Part 135 regulations is mandatory.
