Corporate Flight Attendant
Job Summary:
MGM Resorts International is seeking a Corporate Flight Attendant to join its dedicated aviation team. This role is responsible for delivering world-class service and ensuring the utmost safety and comfort of VIP passengers aboard private company aircraft. The position requires a polished professional with a strong passion for hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in all situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers throughout all phases of flight.
- Respond professionally and effectively to emergency and medical situations.
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight inspections of safety equipment and cabin amenities.
- Deliver exceptional in-flight service, including managing catering arrangements and addressing guest needs proactively.
- Collaborate seamlessly with pilots and flight leadership to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.
- Strictly adhere to all FAA regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience as a corporate and/or airline flight attendant.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Starting Compensation:
$38.00/hour
