Job Purpose
The Corporate Flight Attendant plays a critical role in upholding the Luxaviation UK standard of excellence. This individual is responsible for maintaining the highest levels of safety, operational efficiency, and service, ensuring a five-star experience for all passengers and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting pilots in the safe and efficient execution of all flight operations.
- Maintaining impeccable safety standards throughout the passenger cabin, galley, and all other relevant areas onboard the aircraft at all times.
- Ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers in accordance with Luxaviation policies and procedures.
- Diligently completing all pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the aircraft cabin, galley, and lavatories to the highest standard.
- Providing impeccable silver-service catering on all flights, adhering to approved catering policies and accommodating individual passenger requirements.
- Completing all required operational documentation accurately and in line with company procedures.
- Delivering the highest level of customer service to aircraft owners and charter passengers.
- Proficiently operating and troubleshooting onboard entertainment systems and equipment as needed.
- Performing any other tasks as assigned by the Pilot in Command or requested by passengers and guests.
Candidate Profile
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
- Proven administrative skills to manage duties while not flying.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-national crew environment.
- Unwavering discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and a genuine commitment to providing friendly service.
- Flexibility to accommodate varying flight schedules.
- Prior experience as flight crew in Asia.
Desirable Criteria:
- Proficiency in the Chinese language.
