Cabin Crew - Loganair
Loganair is seeking a dedicated and passionate Cabin Crew member to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers. This crucial role is integral to the success of Loganair's operations, often requiring independent work and self-motivation due to single-crew aircraft types. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for Loganair, embodying excellent uniform standards, customer service skills, and a positive attitude. Flexibility is essential, as rostered hours will vary and may include shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety and security procedures at all times.
- Maintain current and up-to-date safety knowledge.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings.
- Carry out safety and security duties onboard the aircraft.
- Maintain required standards in uniform and personal presentation.
- Ensure the in-flight service is delivered to company standards.
- Deliver a high level of customer care at all times.
- Collaborate with pilots as part of the onboard team.
- Contribute to On-Time Performance.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of cabin crew operational environment and standards.
- Knowledge of relevant UK CAA Regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Skills to deliver exceptional customer care.
- Ability to swim.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills.

The ideal candidate will develop positive and constructive working relationships with managers, demonstrating personal competence, reliability, and value as a team member.
Training and Experience:
- Experience within an airline environment is preferred.
- Current and valid passport is required.
- Travel and Tourism Qualification is beneficial.
- Demonstrated fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
- A UK Cabin Crew Medical certificate is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably fast-paced, is advantageous.
- Previous experience working independently and autonomously is preferred.
Essential Criteria (Due to Aircraft Safety Regulations):
- At least 18 years of age.
- Height between 5’2” and 5’11”.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Able to swim unassisted at least 25 meters.
- Able to pass a medical examination carried out by a CAA-approved Aviation Medical Examiner (AME).
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK.
- Be able to provide a clear disclosure certificate and references for the last 5 years.
- Live within or willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the base airport.
