Pilot-in-Command, Global 6000
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced pilot to command and operate Global 6000 (BBD-700) aircraft, adhering strictly to FAA, company, and customer regulations. The pilot will coordinate with maintenance personnel to address and resolve aircraft discrepancies. This full-time position involves a rotational schedule at an overseas location. Management may assign additional duties as required.
General Requirements:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- United States Citizenship.
- Possession of a current U.S. Passport.
- Must hold a Top Secret clearance with Special Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
- Valid State Driver’s License.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Must meet all required medical standards.
- Possession of a current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
FAA Requirements:
- Airline Transport Pilot certificate with Multiengine Land rating.
- Instrument rating for Airplane.
Flight Time Requirements:
- Minimum of 3,000 hours of total documented flight time.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of Pilot in Command (PIC) time.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours of turbine, fixed-wing multiengine time.
- Applicants meeting basic qualifications will be evaluated based on the quality, quantity, recency, and verifiability of training; complexity of aircraft flown; types of flight operations; and hours flown as PIC in turbine-powered aircraft. Applicants invited for an interview must provide comprehensive documentation of all flight hours.
Preferred Experience:
- BBD-700 type rating or other comparable type ratings (GL5T, GL7T).
- 5,000 hours of total documented flight time.
- 500 hours of actual instrument time.
- 1,000 hours of business or large jet time.
- Holding the applicable rating for the last three (3) consecutive years.
- SERE-C (Combat SERE) or service equivalent certification.
- SERE 220 certification.
Licensing and Certification Requirements:
- Formal or specialized training/equivalent on assigned aircraft and equipment, including FAA BBD-700 type rating.
Other:
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and medical examination administered by L3Harris.
- A thorough criminal history records check and background check will be conducted.
- Military-trained aviators with less than the minimum required flight hours may receive special consideration.
