Global XRS Captain

ACI Jet is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global XRS Captain to perform duties as a Part 91/135 aircraft pilot. The Captain is responsible for safely and effectively operating applicable aircraft under ACI Jet’s 135 Certificate. This role requires maintaining positive and productive relationships with employees, vendors, and clients through dedicated performance of duties. Relocation to the San Luis Obispo, California area is required for this position. Current Global experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates ACI Jet aircraft with paramount regard for safety and efficiency, adhering strictly to all company rules and regulations, manufacturers’ limitations and manuals, and relevant governmental requirements and agency jurisdictions.
  • Collaborates effectively with ACI Jet Flight Dispatch personnel to ensure assigned flight operations align with company goals and objectives, executed in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Delivers exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and customer service to ACI Jet Charter clients and aircraft owners.
  • Ensures Electronic Flight Bag(s) (EFB) are meticulously maintained with the latest navigation and application data.
  • Remains thoroughly knowledgeable regarding the applicable sections of the ACI Jet Air Carrier Operations Manual (ACOM).
  • Reviews and formally acknowledges revisions to the ACOM in a timely manner.
  • Conducts comprehensive preflight inspections prior to each takeoff, verifying the readiness of the aircraft, necessary publications, documentation, equipment, passenger service items, fuel levels, and evaluating weather conditions at departure, en route, alternate, and destination airports, along with customs, permits, and airport/runway suitability.

Qualifications:

  • Possesses a minimum of 4,000 hours total flight time, including at least 2,500 hours of multi-engine experience.
  • Holds a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with an English proficient endorsement.
  • A BBD-700 Type Rating is preferred for this position.
  • Must be able to maintain a valid FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Must be able to maintain a valid United States Passport.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional aviation experience of 5-7 years.
  • Demonstrates the ability to function effectively as a team member within a high-stress, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Exhibits strong motivation and exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $225,000 - $275,000 per year, commensurate with experience (DOE).
