A member of the Cabin Crew Team at Birmingham Airport plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all customers onboard the aircraft. The Cabin Crew member takes responsibility, works collaboratively as part of a team, and helps maintain the company's award-winning reputation by delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance.
- Ensuring the safety and security of customers and colleagues on every flight.
- Creating positive onboard experiences while providing friendly customer service.
- Promoting and delivering sales of in-flight products through exceptional service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
While previous experience is not required, the company seeks individuals who:
- Enjoy delivering great customer service.
- Have clear and engaging communication skills.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the importance of safety at all times.
- Have a high level of attention to detail.
- Are motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Can work well as part of a team.
- Are able to comply with health and safety regulations, including continually being able to fasten the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and satisfy reach requirements.
Additional Information:
All Cabin Crew opportunities are available on a full-time Fixed Term Contract basis. The 24/7 operation means working hours will vary each week and include very early starts and late finishes. To operate as Cabin Crew, candidates must be able to provide full references for the last 5 years and satisfactory criminal record checks.
To prepare for a successful career with the airline, the successful candidate will complete a CAA-approved 4-week training course, held local to the base. This will provide the essential skills and knowledge to excel in the role.
