This position offers an excellent earning potential with an OTE of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the contract duration, including a commission scheme, flight duty and sector pay. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, including administering first aid and providing general passenger assistance. Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and crew on every flight is paramount. This individual will provide friendly and memorable customer service while actively promoting our in-flight products.
While previous experience is not mandatory, we seek individuals who enjoy delivering excellent customer service, possess clear and engaging communication skills, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety. The ideal candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, be motivated to achieve sales targets, and excel as a team player. Furthermore, they must comply with health and safety regulations, including the ability to fasten the safety harness on the Crew Jump Seat and meet reach requirements.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position. Due to our 24/7 operation, working hours will vary and include very early starts and late finishes. Successful candidates must provide full references for the last 5 years and clear criminal record checks. The position requires completion of our four-week, CAA-approved training course, provided locally.
