The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of passengers onboard all aircraft. Cabin Crew Responsibilities:

The Cabin Crew member will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, including administering first aid and providing general passenger assistance. They will ensure the safety and security of customers and colleagues on all flights. A primary focus is to be present and actively contribute to creating memorable experiences while providing outstanding customer service. The role also involves driving sales through promotion of the onboard product selection.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

While prior experience is not mandatory, the ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for customer service, demonstrate clear and engaging communication abilities, possess a strong awareness of safety protocols, exhibit high attention to detail, be sales-oriented, and be a team player. They must also adhere to all health and safety regulations, including being able to properly use the safety harness for the Crew Jump Seat and meet all reach requirements.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract. The role requires schedule flexibility and may include early starts and late finishes. A successful employment is contingent upon providing full references for the past 5 years and satisfactory criminal record checks. The successful applicant will participate in a mandatory, four-week CAA-approved training course.
