Second in Command (SIC) - Midsize Jet Pilot
A reputable aviation operator is actively seeking highly qualified and dedicated Second in Command (SIC) pilots to operate Midsize Jet aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. This critical role demands a professional committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Pilot in Command through all phases of flight, prioritizing safety and operational excellence.
- Meticulously managing duty, flight, and rest periods in strict accordance with company guidelines and Federal Aviation Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with the operations department for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position reports, and comprehensive pre- and post-flight documentation.
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and proficient management of Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and its applications.
Minimum Experience Requirements
Qualified applicants must possess the following flight time:
- Total Time: 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land: 500 hours
- Turbine: 100 hours
Location and Availability
Candidates must currently reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of their assigned home base to ensure immediate operational readiness.
