Cirrus Aviation is seeking experienced pilots to operate its expanding fleet of executive jets. The company emphasizes a stable work-life balance, noting that it does not operate a floating fleet. Pilots are typically expected to reside within one hour of KLAS. Each aircraft is staffed by three or more pilots to facilitate full-time and flexible scheduling, with additional day rates available for volunteers who fly on scheduled days off.
Successful candidates will conduct diverse flight operations, ranging from major hub airports to mountain ski resorts and oceanic crossings. Pilots are encouraged to grow their careers within the company, which promotes from within as it adds new aircraft and fleet types.
