Second in Command (SIC) - Heavy Jet (Part 91/135)
A reputable aviation operator is seeking highly qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Second in Command (SIC) for their Heavy jet aircraft fleet. This role supports both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional committed to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest periods in strict adherence to company policies and all applicable Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintain consistent and reliable communication with company operations, including receiving standby duty assignments, acknowledging trip notifications, providing position reports, and submitting accurate pre- and post-flight reports.
- Effectively manage and maintain Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) hardware and software applications to ensure readiness for all flight operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 2500 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 100 hours
Location Requirement:
Candidates are expected to reside, or be willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of their designated home base.
