Pilot in Command - Gulfstream G200

Jet Linx is seeking highly qualified Pilot in Command candidates to operate Super Midsize jet aircraft, specifically the Gulfstream G200. This position is integral to supporting both Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations. A key requirement for this role is that the successful candidate resides, or is willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out radius of the designated Tulsa base.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command is responsible for the preparation and execution of safe and efficient flight operations. This includes ensuring strict adherence to all Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Total PIC Time: 2000 hours
- Total PIC in Type (Gulfstream G200): 250 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 1000 hours
- Total Turbine PIC Time: 1000 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
- Total Jet Time: 1500 hours
- Total Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
Essential Functions:
- Manages personal duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with both company policies and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintains clear and consistent communication with the company regarding standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and the submission of pre- and post-flight reports.
- Manages and maintains electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications, ensuring operational readiness.
- Ensures all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and accessible.
- Holds and maintains a current First Class medical certificate.
- Demonstrates strong, proactive decision-making skills under all operational conditions.
- Embodies Jet Linx’s core values throughout all professional interactions.
Other Requirements and Qualifications:
- Initial or Recurrent Part 142 training in the Gulfstream G200 type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Holds a current, valid passport.
- Possesses an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or has the ability to obtain one.
- Holds a current First Class Medical certificate.
- Possesses an FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random drug and alcohol testing protocols as required.
- Holds unrestricted travel ability to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to release and successfully pass a FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as operational demands require.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
- The majority of work is conducted within and around aircraft and aviation terminals.
- Capable of frequently moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
Jet Linx provides a competitive compensation structure and comprehensive benefits package to its team members. The starting base annual salary for this Pilot in Command position is competitive, ranging from $160,000 to $245,000. The final base salary offered is contingent upon factors including geographic location, aircraft size/crew position, and the candidate's specific relevant education, training, and experience. The benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with a 6% company match, paid time off, and company-paid life and short-term disability coverage.
