Pilot in Command – Gulfstream G200
Jet Linx is seeking a qualified and experienced Pilot in Command to operate a Gulfstream G200 aircraft. This is a full-time position based at Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) in Atlanta, Georgia. The Pilot in Command will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Base Chief Pilot. A key expectation of this role is that the candidate resides, or is willing to relocate, within a two-hour call-out time of the home base.
Position Summary:
The Pilot in Command ensures the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering strictly to Federal Aviation Regulations and established company procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 2000 hours
- Total PIC Time in Type: 250 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC Time: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 1000 hours
- Total Turbine PIC Time: 1000 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
- Total Jet Time: 1500 hours
- Total Jet PIC Time: 500 hours
Essential Functions:
- Manage duty, flight, and rest times in compliance with company policies and CFRs.
- Maintain consistent communication with the company for standby duty assignments, trip notifications, position calls, and pre- and post-flight reports.
- Maintain and manage electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and applications.
- Ensure navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and readily accessible.
- Maintain a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Demonstrate strong and proactive decision-making skills.
- Embody and promote Jet Linx’s core values in all interactions.
Other Requirements:
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training in type within the last 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver's license.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Current passport.
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or ability to obtain.
- First Class Medical Certificate.
- FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing requirements.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to successfully complete an FAA Pilot Record Database review with a System Chief Pilot.
- Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- The role requires working in and around aircraft and aircraft terminals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
