Pilot in Command – Gulfstream G200

Jet Linx is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Pilot in Command for its Super Midsize jet aircraft, specifically the Gulfstream G200, operating under Part 91 and 135 flight regulations. The successful candidate is expected to reside within a two-hour call-out radius of the assigned home base or be willing to relocate accordingly.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Base Chief Pilot, the Pilot in Command is responsible for the safe and efficient conduct of flight operations. This role involves comprehensive preparation and execution of flights, ensuring strict adherence to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Total Flight Time: 3500 hours
- Total Pilot in Command (PIC): 2000 hours
- Multi-Engine Time: 1000 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 500 hours
- Turbine Time: 1000 hours
- Total Turbine PIC: 1000 hours
- Total Instrument Time: 300 hours
- Total Jet Time: 1500 hours
- Total Jet PIC: 500 hours
Essential Functions
- Managing duty, flight, and rest periods in accordance with both company policies and Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).
- Maintaining consistent communication with company operations regarding standby assignments, trip notifications, position updates, and submission of pre- and post-flight reports.
- Managing and maintaining electronic flight bag (EFB) hardware and associated applications.
- Ensuring all navigation charts, publications, and company manuals are current and readily available.
- Holding and maintaining a current First Class medical certificate.
- Exhibiting strong, proactive decision-making capabilities during all phases of flight and operations.
- Embodying Jet Linx’s core values in all professional interactions.
Other Requirements
- Initial or Recurrent 142 training specific to the aircraft type within the past 24 months is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. driver's license.
- Demonstrated proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Possession of a current passport.
- Holding an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or the ability to obtain one.
- Possession of a current First Class Medical Certificate.
- Possession of an FCC Restricted Radio License.
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with random drug/alcohol testing requirements.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to countries within the European Union, Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Ability to authorize and successfully complete a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Pilot Record Database review conducted by a System Chief Pilot.
- Flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational schedules.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience is required.
- Work is primarily conducted within or in proximity to aircraft and aviation terminals.
- Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
