Job Overview
Jet Aviation is seeking an experienced Captain to command Gulfstream 550 aircraft in Morristown, New Jersey. This onsite, full-time role is within the Flight Services category, suitable for Technicians / Crew career levels.
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, leading the crew, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This position requires adaptability to changing conditions and adherence to the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Command all assigned flights, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Operate aircraft systems precisely, manage flight plans, and adapt to changing conditions for seamless travel.
- Perform duties as In-Flight Security Coordinator (ISC) as required.
- Conduct or assign passenger safety briefings.
- Support open communication on safety issues, report hazards, and uphold a secure environment.
- Record and report aircraft discrepancies.
- Manage trip documentation, maintain aircraft manuals, and complete accurate trip paperwork.
- Represent Jet Aviation with professionalism and dedication to exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- High school diploma.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time.
- 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command.
- 1,500 hours Multi-Engine.
- 500 hours Turbo-Jet.
- 500 hours Turbine.
- 100 hours Night.
- 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
- Ability to work a variable schedule to meet flight mission profiles.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide without restrictions.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $275,000 to $285,000. This range is not a guaranteed offer, and final salary will be determined by factors including candidate experience and location.
