Position Summary

Jet Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and professional Captain to operate the Global 6000/7500. This role requires a leader capable of commanding elite private aviation missions with precision, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to safety and service excellence. The Captain will manage all aspects of flight operations while serving as a brand ambassador for Jet Aviation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise full command over assigned flights, ensuring total safety and strict compliance with all federal, local, and company regulations.
  • Maintain deep technical knowledge of aircraft systems to ensure precise operations and seamless travel experiences.
  • Act as the In-flight Security Coordinator (ISC) under relevant security programs; conduct required passenger safety briefings.
  • Proactively manage safety by reporting hazards, communicating safety issues, and documenting aircraft discrepancies.
  • Execute administrative duties, including trip documentation, manual maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.

Required Qualifications

  • Certifications: Airline Transport Pilot Certificate and FAA First Class Medical.
  • Flight Experience: 3,500 hours total fixed-wing time; 1,500 hours Pilot in Command; 1,500 hours Multi-Engine; 500 hours Turbo-Jet; 500 hours Turbine; 100 hours Night; 75 hours Simulated Instrument.
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Documentation: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Availability: Ability to work a variable schedule and travel extensively worldwide with no restrictions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree.
  • Appropriate aircraft type rating and currency.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

  • Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, and crouch; lift and move up to 50 pounds, including overhead lifting.
  • Operates in diverse environments ranging from maintenance hangars to upscale customer settings.
  • Exposure to dynamic aviation conditions, including high noise levels, vibrations, fuel fumes, and varying weather/temperature extremes.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $300,000 to $350,000. Final compensation is determined based on individual experience, geographic location, and other relevant factors.
