Overview
Solairus Aviation is seeking a dedicated and professional Gulfstream G800 Captain to join the flight operations team based at KHIO airport. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in performance, safety, and service, upholding the unique Solairus culture of integrity. Essential Responsibilities

Maintain responsibility for the safe operation of the Gulfstream G800 aircraft.

Conduct all flight operations in a safe and prudent manner.

Review the maintenance status of the aircraft prior to flight.

Perform pre-flight inspections in strict accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Conduct comprehensive checks of weather, route facilities, and destination/alternate airports.

Ensure all flight operations adhere to Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Ensure the ongoing safety of all passengers, crew, and the aircraft.

Complete all trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with current procedures.
Qualifications

Total flight time: 3,000 hours

PIC time: 1,500 hours

MEL time: 1,500 hours

MEL PIC time: 500 hours

Turbo Jet time: 500 hours

Instrument time: 250 hours
Specific Qualifications and Certifications

Type rated on Gulfstream G800 or comparable Gulfstream aircraft.

Current First Class Medical certificate.

Ability to work on an on-call basis.

Commitment to completing annual ICAO International procedures training.

Primary residence within the Western Region of the USA or willingness to relocate.
Compensation
Solairus crewmember compensation ranges from $50,000 to $500,000, determined by geographic area, experience, equipment type, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
