Position Summary
The Captain serves as the final authority on every flight, leading operations with an unwavering commitment to safety while delivering a premium client experience. This role requires technical precision, professional presence, and sound judgment. The Captain is responsible for upholding company standards from push-back to block-in.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations and Safety Leadership

Conduct all aircraft operations in compliance with the Flight Operations Manual, company policies, and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Exercise operational control and maintain final authority over all flight decisions.

Mentor First Officers to foster professional development and crew cohesion.

Maintain current proficiency, type competency, and recurrent training standards.

Ensure strict adherence to flight and duty time limitations, rest requirements, and fatigue risk management.
Client Experience and Service Excellence

Deliver premium, professional service experiences that exceed passenger expectations.

Maintain professional appearance, demeanor, and communication standards.

Coordinate itinerary changes and passenger requirements with the Operations Control Center.

Conduct professional preflight passenger briefings.
Aircraft Systems and Maintenance Coordination

Review flight and maintenance logs to ensure airworthiness and compliance with inspection requirements.

Oversee preflight, post-flight, and routine servicing in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Verify the presence of current manuals, charts, and required equipment.

Document engine trend monitoring and coordinate necessary maintenance with the Maintenance Department.
Regulatory Compliance and Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely records for all flights, aircraft, and passengers.

Perform duties of Ground and In-flight Security Coordinator (49 CFR 1544.215).

Verify valid documentation for international travel and ensure compliance with customs and immigration regulations.
Requirements

ATP Certificate.

Current First-Class Medical Certificate.

Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time; 1,500 hours PIC; 500 hours Multi-Engine PIC; 250 hours PIC in type; 250 hours Turbine PIC.

Current EMB-505 type rating with training confirmation within the last 12 months.

Initial or recurrent training in type completed within the preceding 12 months.

Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations.

Valid state driver’s license and valid passport.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
