Cabin Crew Opportunity - Bristol Airport

Aviation professionals are invited to apply for a Cabin Crew position based at Bristol Airport. As a valued member of the Cabin Crew team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers onboard. They will contribute to maintaining an award-winning reputation by demonstrating excellent customer service, taking responsibility, and working collaboratively as part of a team.

This position offers a range of benefits, including a competitive OTE of £32,000 plus, pro rata for the contract length, incorporating a generous commission scheme and additional payments such as Flight Duty and Sector Pay. The role also includes no upfront fees for the Cabin Crew Training Course, discounts on holidays and flights, complimentary uniform and car parking at the base airport, a contributory pension scheme, a life assurance scheme equivalent to three times the annual salary, 37 days of holiday entitlement per annum (pro rata, including bank holidays), and an Employee Assistance Programme for support and counselling.

The Cabin Crew member will provide high-quality care, including first aid and general passenger assistance. They will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all customers and colleagues on every flight, while creating positive experiences and delivering the company's renowned friendly customer service. Additionally, they will promote and deliver sales of in-flight products through exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, clear and engaging communication abilities, and a strong awareness of safety protocols. They should exhibit a high level of attention to detail, be motivated to achieve sales targets, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidates must also comply with health and safety regulations, including being able to consistently fasten the safety harness on the Crew Jump Seat and meet reach requirements.

All Cabin Crew positions are full-time, fixed-term contracts. Due to the 24/7 nature of the operation, working hours will vary weekly and include early starts and late finishes. Applicants must be able to provide full references for the last five years and pass satisfactory criminal record checks. The chosen applicant will complete a CAA-approved 4-week training course near their base, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for the role.
