Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality passenger care, including first aid and assistance.
- Maintain the safety and security of passengers and crew members on every flight.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a positive and memorable onboard experience.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting in-flight products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience is not mandatory; however, ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Excellent and engaging communication skills.
- A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Motivation to meet sales targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to comply with all health and safety regulations, including consistent ability to fasten the crew jump seat safety harness and meet required reach standards.
Employment Details:
This full-time, fixed-term contract position operates on a 24/7 schedule, requiring flexibility and the ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings. Successful candidates must provide satisfactory references for the past five years and pass a criminal record check.
A mandatory four-week, CAA-approved training course will be provided locally, equipping candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
