Fine Print (essential requirements):

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience (pilot recruiting preferred)
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well on a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments at once
• Private Pilot's license+ (preferred)

Work/life Integration:

• Will require overtime, after-hours, and weekend work during periods of high volume
• Must be able to travel often (up to 50%), including overnight
• Intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching and prolonged periods of sitting
• Ability to occasionally lift 20+ pounds, assemble booth and career fair displays
• This is an in-person position based at our Dallas HQ, and is not eligible for remote/telecommuting

Pay & Perks

Compensation range $50,000 - $55,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
