About YOU

Development and facilitate industry-leading initial, upgrade, transition & recurrent training to our pilots both online and in a classroom setting. Conduct training tasks including curriculum development, classroom set-up, and upkeep of current aviation publications and instructional training materials.

Fine Print

• College degree in an Aviation or Education field (essential requirement)
• One years experience training 14 CFR Part 121 or Part 135 Crewmembers (essential requirement)
• Pilots or Dispatchers Certificate (essential requirement)
• Knowledge of FARs. (essential requirement)
• Successful completion of Initial, Upgrade, Transition & Recurrent Training by our crewmembers based on online and classroom curriculum developed and implemented and delivered by Ground Instructor (essential requirement)
• All training is recorded and certified per regulatory requirements (essential requirement)
• Advise and assist the manager of training in all manners regarding the Pilot/Flight Attendant Training Programs (essential requirement)
• Pilot Training Manual is current and revised as necessary (essential requirement)
• Advising on most cost efficient way(s) of administering state-of-the-art required training programs, and continuous monitoring for ways to improve cost efficiency (essential requirement)
• Provide assistance and support to other members of the training team who are responsible for Crewmember training in areas other than pilots and flight attendants (essential requirement)
• Other duties, responsibilities, and/or projects as assigned (essential requirement)

Pay & Perks

Compensation range $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
