Essential Candidate Requirements and Qualifications
The successful candidate is required to meet the following foundational criteria:
- License and Certification: Applicants must possess a current and valid FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate.
- Medical Certification: A minimum of a current FAA Class III Medical Certificate is required. Candidates holding an FAA Class II Medical Certificate are strongly preferred.
- Educational Baseline: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is mandatory. Active pursuit of an undergraduate degree is highly sought and considered a distinct advantage.
- Operational Availability: Applicants must be prepared for operational requirements that may necessitate night flights and overnight assignments.
Preferred Credentials and Training Details

- Advanced Ratings: Candidates possessing additional ratings, specifically Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI), are highly sought and will be given preferential consideration.
