Aviation Training Specialist
Job Summary
An esteemed aviation organization is actively seeking an experienced Aviation Training Specialist. This role involves conducting comprehensive pilot ground and simulator training for clients enrolled in core, specialty, and enrichment training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and preparation of high-quality training materials, ensuring they effectively support training delivery and meet client requirements in accordance with applicable curricula.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver pilot ground and simulator training to clients undergoing various training courses.
- Develop and prepare training materials that align with curriculum standards and client needs.
- Ensure training delivery is effective and meets client expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be able and willing to participate in the company's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
- Possession of an unrestricted Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License is required.
- Alternatively, if an ATP certificate is not held, candidates must meet the requirements of 14 CFR part 61.153 and 14 CFR part 61.64, without a Supervised Operating Experience (SOE) limitation.
- A minimum of one unrestricted Pilot-in-Command (PIC) type rating is mandatory.
