Reporting to Manager, Cabin Crew Services and Performance (Quality and Safety), you are responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Inflight Services Department upholding cabin crew service standards and managing day-to-day crew operations matters.
Major Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the day-to-day cabin crew line operations, cabin safety, occupational health and safety, inflight retail, crew communications and relations, and quality assurance

Assist in developing service procedures and standards

Assist in managing the cabin technical operation and inflight products
-
Develop service standard materials. Update and record keeping for Cabin Crew Operations Manual, Cabin Service Standards Manual and Cabin Crew PA Handbook

Conduct cabin crew performance checks, service audits and cabin safety audits
-
Responsible for Cabin Crew Briefing Office operations

Act as one of the Duty Managers on shift for cabin crew line operations

Identify potentially unsafe situations or working practices and notify his/her manager to report hazards and occurrences via safety reporting system
Requirements:

Hong Kong permanent resident status
-
Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above
-
A minimum of 5 years’ cabin crew experience with at least 1 year as a senior cabin crew

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Proficient with MS office applications and Chinese word processing
-
A team player, with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
-
Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
