Our client, a prominent airline in the Baltic region, is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled Captain to join their expanding flight operations team. Position: Captain (Type Rated or Non-Type Rated) on A220-300
Location: Airline Headquarters in the Baltic region
Work Model: Onsite, Full-time in shifts
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive Salary: An average base salary of 8,900 EUR per month (including 60 block hours/month), effective from 01.01.2025.
- Significant Sign-on Bonus: A gross bonus of 15,000 EUR is offered, structured in installments for employment starting between September 2024 and May 2025.

Qualifications:
Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid EU ATPL license.
- Hold a valid EASA Medical Certificate Class 1.
- Demonstrate ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
- Accumulate a minimum of 4000 total flight hours in commercial air transport (CAT) operations on modern aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA, and FMS systems.
- Have a minimum of 2000 hours on multi-pilot/engine turbine aeroplanes certified under CS-25.
- Command experience is essential, with a minimum of 1000 hours as Pilot in Command on a CS-25 aircraft.
- Maintain a clean criminal record.
