Key Responsibilities
The Captain holds ultimate responsibility for the safety, security, and operation of the aircraft, its crew, and passengers, from arrival at the aircraft through engine shut-down post-flight. The role demands strong leadership and sound judgment to ensure every journey is safe, efficient, and adheres strictly to both regulatory and company standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all aspects of aircraft operation during flights.
- Making critical decisions during both normal and non-normal operations.
- Leading and supporting the flight crew, establishing and maintaining a professional standard onboard.
- Ensuring all operational procedures are meticulously followed and safely adapted as required.
- Setting a prime example in communication, professionalism, and fostering a strong safety culture.

Training and Experience
- Must hold a full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Requires current or recent experience operating in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ passengers).
