As an Aircraft Captain and Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex and dynamic aircraft operations around the globe. You will lead fellow crew members to meet the demands of our global business. In addition to being a great pilot, you will be responsible for owning and collaborating with cross-functional teams on various aviation projects to maintain, grow, and evolve our Aviation Program.

Everyone on the team works together toward the common goal of creating a safe, efficient, consistent, and enjoyable experience for our users. In this role, you will be required to take various testing, such as pre-employment and unscheduled drug testing, during employment in order to operate in this role.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$284,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
