Job Description
Alerion Aviation is actively seeking a highly skilled and dedicated full-time Corporate Cabin Attendant for Part 91 operations, primarily based out of West Palm Beach, FL, with frequent operations from Opa-locka, FL, on a Gulfstream 550. The Cabin Attendant at Alerion Aviation is expected to embody the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and personalized service. This pivotal role represents the face of the inflight experience, ensuring every journey is seamless, secure, and exceptional in comfort and care. The ideal candidate will possess a profound passion for delivering first-class service while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety protocols.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensuring the aircraft is meticulously prepared and stocked to specifications prior to each flight.
- Consistently meeting and maintaining aircraft cabin standards with excellence.
- Completing all pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Communicating all cabin maintenance issues proactively with the Pilot in Command.
- Demonstrating the highest level of customer service at all times, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
- Assisting with delegated duties from the Pilot in Command during aircraft emergencies, medical emergencies, or aircraft evacuations.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of cabin safety procedures and emergency equipment.
- Providing prompt, clear, and accurate communication with both crew and passengers.
- Assisting customers with cabin specifications and convenience systems, including entertainment systems.
- Aiding customers with arranging their luggage and personal items onboard the aircraft.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of three (3) years of previous private or commercial (First or Business Class cabin) aviation experience, or a minimum of three (3) years of high-end service experience in other luxury sectors.
- Current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification (completed within the last 24 months).
- Valid CPR Certification.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Exceptional flexibility and a demonstrated ability to devise creative solutions in dynamic environments.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of service and preparation.
- The capacity to calmly prioritize tasks and maintain composure in fast-paced, unpredictable settings.
- A genuine passion for providing guests with a 5-star customer service experience.
- The ability to communicate articulately and effectively in English. Proficiency in other languages and international cultural experience are highly beneficial.
- Physical capability to successfully assist in the launch of a life raft weighing approximately 60 lbs.
- Physical capability to lift, open, and manipulate aircraft door and window exits weighing up to 130 pounds.
General Requirements:
- Valid US Passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a college degree is preferred.
