Job Description
Alerion Aviation is actively seeking a highly skilled and professional full-time Corporate Cabin Attendant for Part 91 Gulfstream 550 operations, primarily based out of West Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will embody the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and personalized service, serving as the essential representative of the inflight experience. This role ensures every journey is not only seamless and secure but also exceptional in comfort and care. The successful candidate will demonstrate a profound passion for delivering first-class service while maintaining an unwavering commitment to aviation safety.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensures the aircraft is meticulously prepared and stocked to precise specifications prior to each flight.
- Consistently upholds and maintains aircraft cabin standards with excellence.
- Completes all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Communicates all cabin maintenance issues effectively and promptly with the Pilot in Command.
- Demonstrates the highest level of customer service and discretion at all times.
- Assists with delegated duties from the Pilot in Command during aircraft emergencies, medical emergencies, or aircraft evacuations, exhibiting comprehensive knowledge of cabin safety procedures.
- Provides prompt, clear, and accurate communication with all passengers and crew.
- Assists passengers with understanding and utilizing cabin specifications and convenience systems, including entertainment systems.
- Aids passengers with the arrangement of their luggage and personal items onboard the aircraft.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Possesses a minimum of three (3) years of previous private or commercial aviation experience (specifically in First or Business Class cabins) OR a minimum of three (3) years of high-end service experience in other luxury sectors.
- Holds current Corporate Cabin Attendant Training Certification (obtained within the last 24 months).
- Possesses valid CPR Certification.
- Demonstrates the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Exhibits high flexibility with a proven ability to find creative solutions in dynamic environments.
- Possesses meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of calmly prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Passionate about providing guests with 5-star customer service.
- Possesses the ability to communicate articulately and fluently in English. Proficiency in other languages and international cultural experience are considered beneficial.
- Capable of successfully assisting in the launch of a life raft weighing approximately 60 lbs.
- Capable of lifting, opening, and manipulating aircraft door and window exits weighing up to 130 lbs.
- Holds a valid US Passport with the unrestricted ability to travel internationally.
- Possesses a valid US Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a college degree is preferred.
