Corporate Gulfstream G550 Pilot
The corporate flight department is seeking a highly skilled and safety-focused Pilot to join its team operating the Gulfstream G550 on worldwide executive missions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional airmanship, strong leadership, and superior customer service while upholding the highest safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Second in Command or Pilot in Command (PIC) on Gulfstream G550 flights, ensuring the pinnacle of safety, professionalism, and strict compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and company policies.
- Strategically plan and execute global flight operations, encompassing meticulous international flight planning, optimal route selection, precise fuel planning, and accurate performance calculations.
- Ensure all flight operations rigorously adhere to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards, and all international operational requirements.
- Diligently conduct pre-flight inspections, oversee fueling procedures, manage loading and security arrangements, and guarantee aircraft readiness for departure.
- Effectively manage and mentor fellow crewmembers, cultivating a collaborative, professional, and high-performance cockpit environment.
- Provide exemplary passenger service, maintaining absolute discretion, ensuring comfort, and optimizing efficiency throughout the entire travel experience.
- Maintain precise flight records, comprehensive operational reports, and all necessary regulatory documentation.
- Continuously remain current with advanced aircraft systems, state-of-the-art avionics, and evolving global navigation requirements.
- Actively participate in mandatory recurrent training and proficiency checks as required.
- Demonstrate familiarity with Safety Management Systems (SMS) principles and practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Possession of an FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Holding ASEL (Airplane Single-Engine Land) and AMEL (Airplane Multi-Engine Land) Certifications.
- A minimum of 2,500 hours total flight time, including at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC), with significant jet or turboprop experience required.
- A current First-Class FAA Medical Certificate.
- A valid, unexpired passport, enabling unrestricted international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- A current Gulfstream G550 type rating.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FAA Part 91 regulations, ICAO standards, and European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) operational requirements.
