Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe operation of the Gulfstream G550 aircraft.

Conduct flights in a safe and prudent manner, adhering to all applicable regulations and company policies.

Review aircraft maintenance status.

Perform pre-flight inspections in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.

Analyze weather conditions and facility information for the planned route, including alternate airports.

Ensure flight operations comply with Solairus Aviation policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations.

Prioritize the safety of passengers, aircraft, and crew.

Accurately complete all trip paperwork according to established procedures.
Qualifications:

Total flight time: 3000 hours
-
Pilot in Command (PIC) time: 1500 hours

Multi-Engine Land (MEL) time: 1500 hours
-
Multi-Engine Land PIC time: 500 hours
-
Time in Turbo Jet aircraft: 500 hours

Instrument flight time: 250 hours
Specific Requirements:

Type rating on Gulfstream G550 or a comparable aircraft.

Valid First Class Medical certificate.

Availability to work on an on-call basis.

Annual completion of ICAO International procedures training.

Primary residence within a 2-hour drive of New York Metro area airports or willingness to relocate.
Salary range: $50,000 - $500,000, commensurate with geographic area, experience, aircraft type, job duties, training, and assigned account.
