Pilot-in-Command: Gulfstream G500
Position Overview
The successful candidate will serve as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC) within a three-pilot crew conducting 14 CFR Part 91 operations in a Gulfstream G500. This is a dual-qualified role that includes rotating Second-in-Command (SIC) duties in a Pilatus PC-12 NGX. Based in Waterford, Michigan, crew members can expect to fly approximately 300 hours per year.
Key Responsibilities
The Pilot-in-Command is responsible for the safety of all passengers and crew, as well as the comfortable and timely operation of the aircraft. Core duties include:

Supervising the flight crew and ensuring all flight and ground operations comply with FAA Regulations.

Determining flight routes, speeds, and takeoff/landing times to fulfill specific scheduling requirements.

Making critical decisions regarding potential delays, rerouting, or flight cancellations.

Performing general department duties and administrative tasks as required when not actively flying.
Minimum Qualifications

Valid ATP Certificate.

Minimum of 4,000 hours of Total Flight Time.

Prior experience in large cabin Gulfstream aircraft.

Extensive background in business aviation operations.

Demonstrated international flight experience.

Ability to obtain and maintain an FAA First Class medical certification.

Ability to manage and adapt to changing work schedules.

Must reside within 2 hours of Waterford, MI.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Hiring preference given to candidates holding a GVII type rating with prior experience in type.

Experience with G500/G600 aircraft is highly desired.

Secondary preference for candidates with prior Pilatus PC-12 NG/NGX experience.

Prior experience in turboprop aircraft is desired.
