Minimum Requirements

  • 2500 flight hours.
  • Pilot in Command experience in Multi-engine Jet aircraft.
  • 200 hours of actual instrument flight time.
  • 250 night flight hours.
  • Multi-engine land ATP certificate.
  • Unrestricted Passport.
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate.
  • Two years of multi-crew operational experience.
  • CE500 type rating is preferred.
  • Must reside within a 45-minute commute of one of the Aitheras hubs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive culture that prioritizes safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct thorough flight planning, aircraft preflight inspections, and preparation for flight.
  • Ensure proper execution of flights and adherence to cleared flight plans.
  • Maintain updated aircraft manuals, navigation charts, and checklists.
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, including recent flight experience and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain all required licenses and certificates to meet company, ICAO (where applicable), and FAA standards.
  • Provide assistance with baggage loading/unloading and attend to passenger needs as required.
  • Ensure aircraft cleanliness and appearance, manage catering orders, and maintain onboard commissary inventory and supplies.
  • Participate in scheduled ground and simulator training sessions to uphold flight proficiency and knowledge of flight operations, regulations, and aircraft systems.
  • Proactively identify and report potential hazards.
  • Perform all other assigned duties and responsibilities.
