Aitheras Aviation, a premier medical transport provider, seeks a highly qualified Captain to join their team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant difference through patient transport, organ procurement, and critical care missions, with 90% of flights being life-saving in nature. The company operates under a culture of safety, holding full FAA Safety Management System certification, and is looking for a pilot willing to relocate to any of its hubs.
The Captain will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, adhering to all regulations and company procedures. This includes flight planning, aircraft preflight inspections, proper execution of the flight plan, and maintaining all necessary licenses and certifications. The Captain will ensure the cleanliness and proper provisioning of the aircraft, while assisting with passenger needs. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude towards safety and compliance, regularly attend training, and report any hazards.

The schedule is 7 days on / 7 days off, providing two weeks off per month, while maintaining a full year’s salary payout.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2500 flight hours Pilot in Command in Multi-engine Jet
- 200 hours actual instrument time
- 250 night hours
- Multi-engine land ATP certificate
- Unrestricted Passport with ability to travel internationally
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Current First Class Medical certificate
- Two years multi-crew experience
- CE500 type rating preferred
- Willingness to live within a 45-minute drive of a company hub, or relocate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting positive attitudes toward compliance and safety.
- Performing flight planning, aircraft preflight inspection, and preparation.
- Ensuring navigation of the aircraft follows the approved flight plan.
- Maintaining aircraft manuals, navigation charts, and checklists.
- Adhering to regulations, recent flight experience requirements, and SOPs.
- Maintaining current required licenses and certificates.
- Assisting with baggage loading/unloading and passenger needs.
- Ensuring aircraft cleanliness and necessary supplies are on board.
- Attending scheduled ground and simulator training.
- Reporting hazards.
- Performing other assigned duties.
