What You Bring to the Skies:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Customer Service Experience: Two years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong Communication: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Documentation: Possess a valid passport, driver's license or state ID, and Social Security card.
- Travel Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to travel unrestricted to/from all states and Canada.
- Location: Reside within a 100-mile radius (two-hour drive) of the St. Louis, MO base.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Training Commitment: Available to attend a fully paid, five to six-week training program in St. Louis, MO.
- Reserve Duty: Prepared to be on call and available for reserve duty assignments, which may continue for an unspecified period.
Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
This role demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and working within the confines of an aircraft cabin. Flight Attendants must be adaptable to varying climates, turbulence, and noise levels. The position involves extensive travel, including overnight stays and working on holidays, evenings, and weekends.
