Pilot in Command (PIC) - Cirrus SR22
Position Summary
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is directly responsible for overseeing and executing the safe and efficient transport of all passengers aboard the Cirrus SR22 aircraft. This pivotal role mandates unwavering adherence to all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM) guidelines, and company-specific General Operations Manual (GOM) procedures throughout all phases of transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees and is directly accountable for the safe and efficient transport of all passengers in the Cirrus SR22.
- Ensures comprehensive compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), Aeronautical Information Manual (AIM) directives, and company General Operations Manual (GOM) procedures and guidelines.
- Maintains rigorous operational standards before, during, and after all phases of transport.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of Commercial Single-Engine Land (ASEL) and Multi-Engine Land (AMEL) Certifications.
- Holds a valid Instrument Rating.
- Maintains a current FAA First- or Second-Class Medical Certificate.
- Possesses a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Meets the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 135 minimum flight experience requirements for Pilot in Command (PIC) conducting Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) Operations.
