The Opportunity: Supervisor, Inflight Base

Frontier Airlines seeks a highly motivated and experienced aviation professional to serve as an Inflight Base Supervisor in Dallas. This role is critical to overseeing all facets of the Flight Attendant (FA) base operations, ensuring compliance with training, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The Supervisor directs and manages the base's Flight Attendant team and serves as a key point of contact and operational leader.

Key Responsibilities

The Inflight Base Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Supervising all aspects of Flight Attendant operations at the assigned base.
• Analyzing and evaluating FA base operating performance, implementing or recommending corrective actions.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for base catering and Point of Sale (POS) system issues, providing technical guidance.
• Coordinating with the Anti-drug & Alcohol Program Administrator regarding DOT drug and alcohol testing and notifications.
• Managing base delay and attendance reporting for Flight Attendants.
• Administering performance management and corrective action processes for base Flight Attendants.
• Managing crew scheduling and addressing scheduling conflicts.
• Ensuring proper distribution, entry, or uploading of revisions and bid packets for base Flight Attendants.
• Serving as the onsite Inflight emergency response representative for base and area operations.
• Participating in charter calls, coordinating required services, preparing, and distributing charter information sheets to crews, and assisting with catering coordination.
• Interpreting and enforcing company and local policies and procedures.
• Administering the collective bargaining agreement for base Flight Attendants.
• Organizing and directing crew appreciation events at the base.
• Completing and submitting budgets and justifications as directed.
• Handling all necessary paperwork for Human Resources and Safety departments, including directing FAs to resources like WBAT and ensuring timely submissions.
• Maintaining Flight Attendant qualifications, performing Check FA duties, and flying assigned monthly trips from various bases.
• Determining and justifying needs for personnel, facilities, and equipment, ensuring effective utilization and cost management.
• Seeking opportunities to enhance Frontier's local relationship through community involvement.
• Assisting with Flight Attendant recruiting sessions and conducting uniform guideline training for new hire classes as needed.
• Potentially participating as an ASAP ERC member upon assignment.
• Being available for 24/7 on-call duty.
• Traveling as required.

This position directly supervises approximately 200+ Flight Attendants.

What You'll Need

• A college degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• The ability to qualify and maintain currency of Flight Attendant qualifications is essential.
• Must be willing to live in or near the assigned base city.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

• Current Inflight or airline experience is preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience is desired.
• Knowledge of human resource management, Crew Scheduling, and working with collective bargaining agreements is beneficial.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,200 - $75,250.
